On April 19, the Kyrgyzstan Tag-Rugby Championship was held, which was attended by teams from seven regions of the country. The tournament brought together talented athletes and became an important event for the development of this dynamic and accessible sport.

According to the information of the state Agency of Physical Culture and Sports, the winner of the competition was the Naryn team, which demonstrated a confident and well-coordinated game throughout the tournament. The second place was taken by the team from Osh, and the bronze medalists were representatives of Issyk-Kul.

At the end of the championship, the winners and prize-winners were awarded with diplomas and medals, which were presented by the Directorate of Non-Olympic Sports.


The championship has become an excellent opportunity to promote tag rugby and identify promising players who will be able to represent Kyrgyzstan on the international stage in the future.
